‘Keep fighting’ - October 1st As someone who suffers from self harm, I’m well aware of the prejudice that ignorance can bring. Its pretty simple, on October 1st all you have to do is write ‘Keep Fighting’ on your wrist for anyone who suffers or has suffered form self-harm. This just lets people who have suffered from any form of self harm that you are there for them and that they can talk to you if they wish without fear of judgement. As someone who suffers from self harm, I’m well aware of the prejudice that ignorance can bring.
